Computer CAD Design Services For Cabinetmakers, Designers, Homeowners And Do It Yourself Woodworkers

Cabinetmaker Services

If you are a user of Cabnetware, see my message at the bottom of this page.

I will do a full design layout of your project using your room layout information. After I have finished your layout you will receive an email from me with the floor plan and elevations for your approval. Once you make the changes you want, I will input those into the computer and generate a new floor plan, elevations and color 3-D render views. All information with your specification sheet in electronic format will be emailed to you. Now you can send this to your customer for them to use as a complete plan for other cabinetmakers to bid from. This way everyone is bidding the exact same job details as you.

If you like I can also send you a complete itemized material list with individual cut sheets, batched cut sheets, detailed shop drawings and panel optimization of all sheet goods.

I can assist you with as much as you need to help you sell more jobs.

Important Announcement regarding your Cabnetware product

For over 30 years, Cabnetware has been a leading software for the woodworking market, helping customers to design and manufacture their products. Since joining the Vero (Planit) group of products in 2001, it has been developed, sold and supported alongside Cabinet Vision, which was acquired in 1999.

More and more of our new customers are choosing Cabinet Vision when evaluating the two. In fact, that number is now over 96%. Additionally, a large percentage of Cabnetware customers are adding Cabinet Vision to their production processes. While we believe that Cabnetware, as a product, is capable of meeting the needs of a number of cabinet manufacturers today, it is also clear that the product better equipped to drive the future of technological developments in woodworking software is Cabinet Vision.

With this in mind, we have made the decision to discontinue the sales of Cabnetware products, effective as of today. The upcoming Version 14 release, scheduled for this fall, will be the final release of the product. All Cabnetware customers will have the opportunity to purchase this version.

By focusing Vero's development, support and sales resources on a single product, we will be able to better service our customers now and in the future.

Let us be clear, we did not make this decision lightly, and understand the impact that this will have on many of you. However, we are confident that this is the right decision and is necessary to ensure that you will continue to receive the best products and services possible.

Both Cabinet Vision and our award winning S2M Center are truly the best solutions available, and putting all of our resources into these products will allow us to make them continually better suited to meet your design and manufacturing needs. We absolutely want to keep you as a customer while providing you with the best we have to offer. Transitioning to Cabinet Vision will not be the best direction for some of you, but for a vast majority it will be. Your local software consultant will work with you to create a transition plan that meets your shop's specific needs today and into the future. We are also creating customized training courses and webinars designed to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible.

We will continue to provide support for the Cabnetware product until April 30, 2017.

We encourage you to contact your local Vero software consultant to begin planning for your company's future and to address any questions you may have.
